1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ViberOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. ViberOS is an enterprise agentic operating system provided by Scrini AI Private Limited. If you are using ViberOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

ViberOS provides an AI-powered agentic platform that includes autonomous agents, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, memory, workflow automation, and governance tools. The platform operates 24/7 and executes tasks across departments including marketing, engineering, analytics, HR, legal, finance, and more.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, configuring appropriate guardrails and approval workflows for your organization, ensuring agent actions comply with applicable laws and regulations, and reviewing agent outputs where human oversight is required.

You agree not to use ViberOS for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent governance controls, or to intentionally cause harm through agent actions.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data, content, and outputs generated through your use of ViberOS. Scrini AI retains ownership of the ViberOS platform, its agents, orchestration logic, and underlying technology. Agent skill definitions (SKILL.md files) created by your organization are your intellectual property.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for ViberOS services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party AI model providers, your infrastructure, or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

ViberOS agents operate autonomously based on configured rules and AI models. While we implement guardrails, evaluations, and governance layers, AI outputs may contain errors. Scrini AI is not liable for decisions made based on agent outputs. Critical business decisions should include human review through the approval workflow system.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 60 days. After this period, data will be securely deleted in accordance with our Data Policy.
