1. Information We Collect

ViberOS collects information necessary to provide our enterprise agentic operating system services. This includes account information (name, email, organization), usage data (agent interactions, task history, workflow configurations), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information).

We do not collect personal data beyond what is required for service delivery. All agent interactions are processed within your organization's tenant and are not shared across tenants.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: operate and improve ViberOS services, provide customer support, enforce governance and guardrail policies, generate analytics and audit logs within your organization, and communicate service updates.

We never sell your data. Agent outputs, task data, and organizational workflows remain your intellectual property.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Data is stored in encrypted databases within your selected deployment region. We retain operational data for as long as your account is active. Audit logs are retained for a minimum of 12 months. You may request data export or deletion at any time through the ViberOS Control Center or by contacting our support team.

4. Third-Party Services

ViberOS integrates with third-party AI model providers (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) to power agent capabilities. Data sent to these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies. We minimize the data shared and do not send organizational metadata to model providers. MCP tool connections and API integrations are configured and controlled by your organization.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may revoke agent permissions, disable integrations, or close your account at any time. For data subject requests, contact privacy@viberos.ai.
